End of Year Giving Statements

Hello,
I am currently using version 5.60.
I am trying to get the end of year giving statements (full end of year and per donor). but when i try to compile the full statement, it simply does nothing. and when i try to compile per donor, the donor box is blank... any help would be great.

Sorry that you are running into problems here.
I just tested it on my computer and the statements seem to be working fine.
Try using the "Pack and Reindex" routine on the pull down menus. See if that makes any difference.
If not, generate a "pack and go" file and e-mail it to
support@donormanager.com and I'll be glad to take a look using your data.

i checked the reindex, didnt seem to solve anything. i will email you the tza.

Is there a specific report that gives a one page year end giving statement for each donor? I have never seen this. It would be great to have hard copy records like this if it is simple to do.

It's a fairly basic statement, but yes there is one here:

Duh! How did I miss that one. It's even in a column all by itself. I guess I thought it would be under gifts or giving analysis and never noticed it before. Thanks for "showing me the way".
