Donor Manager Software

I'm running DM 5.39.05, and am having problems generating custom reports. When I click on Custom Reports, I get an error window:

Expected to find DBFS\FFMSGSVC.DBF

A chain of errors follows after, until eventually I just close and restart DM. I can't find FFMSGSVC.DBF anywhere under C:\Program Files. Do I have a broken installation of DM? Am I doing something wrong?

Actually, I was about to post the exact same question today and saw yours. I'm having the same problems - looks like some Foxfire files are needed, maybe? But according to the "Developing Custom Reports", FoxFire is included in the download? Or isn't it?

I was excited to see that I could create a custom report, but when I went to do so I experienced the same problem reported by ericding back on March 6.

I wonder if anybody is able to create custom reports using Foxfire in version 5.39.05.

If anybody finds a solution, I would love to hear it.

Ditto, I would really like to create some custom reports but can't get FireFox working.

Please Help!
