Donor Manager Software

I tried to use the "Not thanked" report but found that there were a bunch of old gifts that were marked not thanked because they were from before the time I was using the donor manager to track such things. So, I tried to go to one of the donors on the list, the details page, giving history tab, and clicked "mark all thanked." Then when I ran the "not thanked" report, it said that there were NO unthanked gifts for any donor even though I can look in other places and clearly see that there are unthanked gifts (detail page; monthly giving review). After I thanked August I marked them all thanked. Now the "not thanked" report says that none of August is thanked! Hmmmm....
