Fortunately, this virus warning is a false positive.
Depending on your security software, Norton and Kaspersky are particularly sensitive.
The reason is simple: this is a relatively rarely downloaded program, does not come from a recognized commercial software vendor, was released just a few days ago, etc.
So, it assumes that the risk is high.
Plus, I use a common open-source programming library which is also often used by malware authors.
So, you may need to disable your AV software for a few minutes to download the program. And even then, Windows defender may block it several times where you must manually override their warnings.
