Help, I lost my supporters

When i just transferred my contacts from my old computer to my new computer, all my contact where there except my supporters... As well all the fields I had them in my old donor manager, do not show up on this.. UGH! Can someone please help me how to make a clean export just as I had set up last time...??? I am desperate for some help...
