importing data from mymaillist program

Could you please help me with how to import my info from my mail list program. We are just starting out and I have just entered information
on 300 + people. A fellow missionary stated that we should use this program for tracking our support so would like to do so. I tried using the steps in the "how to import your contacts from acces but am not having any success.

I haven't looked at mymailist for some time, but I seem to recall that it can export its data into Excel format.

You could do that, then use the "import from excel" option.

If it doesn't export to Excel, then export to "CSV" format. Open the CSV in Excel, then save the file as an Excel worksheet.
