12 month giving summary

Ever since getting a new computer and installing DM, when I pull up my 12 month giving summary I can only see the first 6 months or so the full report is not displayed nor can I print the full 12 months. Although this is a new windows 10 based computer my former computer was the same. Help I really like to print this report when I send out prayer letters so I can appropriately thank donors.

Hi Norm,

First of all, congratulations on the new computer.

Here's my guess as to the problem. Your new computer probably has higher resolution screen than the previous computer, and the advanced report previewer that I use can't handle that higher resolution.

So, try this.

Go to Settings -> Report Printing Options -> Use Advanced Report Previewer -> No

Then Quit DM and restart.

Now, try that report again and see if that makes any difference.
