Hello.
I am using the software for Wycliffe statements and from June 2012 to July 2012 something happened and I can no longer import the statements.
I went back and retried June 2012 and it was fine. But then all of a sudden, with all statements afterwards, I get these file access is denied errors.
Any ideas?

Re: File Access is Denied Errors
Interesting.
Is it possible that those files happen to be open in Excel (or some other program)?
If they are not open in another program and you continue to get the "access denied" error, I'd appreciate it if you would email me a copy of the report that is causing the problem so I can test it here on my computer.
Also, what version of the Donor Manager are you running? Do a "Live Update" to make sure you have the latest version.
If you need to email a statement to me, send it to john@donormanager.com
Thanks!

Hi John. I emailed you the HTML file a few days ago. Had a chance to look at it yet?
