using two or more computers

Hi John,
I'm using donormanager right now and just started with importing partners individually by typing it to "details".
The computer I used is in our office. i want to open it on my laptop at home, i downloaded the donor manager software on my laptop. my question is how can I access the one I made in our office.? is there any possibilities I can open it using the different computer?
