Partner Types

Hi John,

Wycliffe has a donor program we call SIF. Without trying to describe what that is, it would be helpful to have one additional Partner Type to help categorize these donors for reporting, etc.

Could you add a Partner Type call SIF Donor with code of SF or something like that? Since this is unique to WBT folks, maybe you could code it so that it is an option that only appears if we have indicated our missin affiliation as Wycliffe.

Just a thought.

Actually, you can add to the list of partner types yourself.

Here's how:

On the Donor Manager main menu page, under "tools" there is an option titled "update codes." Click on that.

You will go to a screen where you can update a number of the codes that the program uses. You can update:

• partner type
  denomination
  region
  source of pledge

Hmm. Maybe a few others (can't remember off the top of my head).

So go to that page and customize to fit your situation and needs.
