I am sure that I am just missing something...

How do I record a touch for a group of people? I just pulled a merge report to send our prayer letter. I would like to record a touch for everyone on that list so record that I mailed a letter to them. How can I do this?

Here's how.

Go to any partner details screen.

Click on the "Touches" tab.

On the right you will see a button title "Apply Touch to Many."

That pulls up a screen where you can use the same filter for your prayer letter merge.

That should do it.

Now, I just tested it and it seems like the touch doesn't show right away on a partner record ... I had to quit the DM and restart it for these touches to show.

Maybe I didn't look at enough records, but perhaps there is a bug in there. I'll investigate.
