Many times, our partners have multiple email addresses.
Maybe it is a husband and wife, or they have a work email and a home email.
Here is the best way to enter multiple email addresses in the donor manager program:
First of all, put the main email address in the regular "E-Mail" address field.
Now, put additional emails on the "More info" tab. If you put a check in the "Send" field, the program will treat this as an additional email address when sending emails.
So, for example, on the "More info" tab you could enter:
Description: Joe's Work E-Mail
Information: joe@work.com
Send: be sure this is checked
That's it! You can have essentially unlimited emails for a partner!

Hmm, this is interesting and I did not know about it. The way I have been doing it, is just putting them both in the email field. I use Outlook, and in Outlook you separate email addresses with a ";". So in DM I have input multiple email addresses like this:
"husband@soso.com; wife@soso.com"
This allows me to send to each address when emailing. What I like is I can see both addresses quickly when looking through partners.
