How to e-mail Donor Manager reports
People frequently ask, "How can I e-mail a Donor Manager report?"
The quickest and easiest way is to install a "PDF Writer" program on your computer. This allows any Windows program to "print" to a PDF file, and then you can e-mail that PDF file.
There are many PDF creation programs out there, but one of my favorites is called win2pdf (http://www.win2pdf.com). This program is free for personal and non-profit use, and really works great. The files that it creates are small, and it is very easy to e-mail them.
It installs as a "printer" and you simply select win2pdf as your printer, and away you go!
The free version does have a "nag" screen, and it adds an additional page to each pdf created that simply advertises the program, but you can register and pay if that annoys you.
It's a simple solution, and everyone I have recommended it to really likes it.
There are other PDF creation programs out there, some free, some commercial. Any other recommendations?

Great Free Program for Creating PW protected pdfs
Hi John,
I have used a really good free program for creating pdfs. Here are the details and site location for downloading it.
* FREE PDF Converter - not a trial version.
* Print to PDF from virtually any application.
* Create PDF output optmized for print, screen, ebook, or prepress.
* No annoying pop-up ads, no registration requirement - no catch!
* High-quality, easy to use PDF creator for all users.
* NEW! Double byte character support, enhanced support for Microsoft Windows 98, ME, and NT, PDF viewing support for non-Windows environments, and full support for 64-bit machines (download separate installer here).
* Secure PDFs with 40-/128-bit encryption, allowing the highest level of security for your PDF files. Settings include password to open, password to change, disable printing, disable text/graphics copying, disable commenting, disable text editing, disable page addition.
* Add document information (e.g. title, author, subject, keywords) to converted PDF files, resulting in faster and easier searching of PDF documents.
They also have a 64-bit installer as well.
It is called PrimoPDF at: http://www.primopdf.com/

Brian,
Thanks for the info on PrimoPDF. It looks like a winner.
Here is a link to user reviews, and they are overwhelmingly positive:

A lot of pdf creators do not support 64-bit OS. Month ago I have discovered Free PDF Converter in the net. It works perfectly on my 64-bit XP.
