Maximum number of addresses

What is the maximum number of addresses DM can handle?
There are two potential limits.
One is the maximum number of name ... which is 2 billion.
The second is the maximum size of the donor master file (donor.dbf). This maxes out at 4 gigs.
Since each master record is about 1000 bytes in size, the limit is essentially then about 4 million donors.
