Foxfire report writer error

When I try and create a custom report, I get an error message that says:

Required ActiveX controll, ActiveBar is not registered on this system. Would you like to register this control?

I say yes, and get a Program error box that says: Cannot create file - If I say help - nothing happens, if I say ignore I get this message:

Foxfire! requires the OCX ACTBAR.OCX to be registered on this workstation, this OCX was not found in the registry. Attempts to either register and/or locate the OCX failed. Refiew foxfire! cdocumentation regarding registering required ActiveX controls.

So, how do I create a custom report?
