MailChimp Syncing
What is the best way to keep DM contacts in sync with MailChimp Subscribers? There may be some unsubscribers, bouced emails, othe data that goes into ones MailChimp List each time a campaign is sent. Also there may be some address changes, new partners, or other updates made to DM each month. What i...

DM5 > DM6 Email glitch
I have just completed the migration. I've been using DM5 for several years, and I appreciate the new email tab where we can easily enter more than one address. My previous workaround has been to separate multiple addresses with a ";" so Outlook could still process and send. Over the years there have...

Re: Google Chrome
The original question is over a year old, but I have been using Chrome fore over a year and have never experienced this problem. I save my WBT HTML file with chrome, import them to DM, no issues.

Email Service
Does anyone use any of the email services out there for newsletters? Emma, MailChimp, others? I have always just attached pdfs to my many email addresses, I use DM to create batches of less than 50, and send away. For the most part I have found this to be effetcive enough. But now I am learning from...

Adding contacts
I have an Excel File filled with about 50 new partners I wish to add to my existing DM database. The list includes names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses. What is the easiest way to import this list into my DM without affecting the existing partners?

Re: "total export" - does it include Notes?
I am giving this a try, but have no experience with MS Access. I have Access 2003. In DM I export the dbf. Then I try to open this in Access and I get this message: "The Microsoft Jet database engine could not find the object 'export_names.dbf'. Make sure the object exists and that you spell its nam...

WBT HTML Reports
Has anyone had a chance to report the bug with the new way WBT has been formatting their monthly reports? Starting October 6, 2007, WBT is including a note (simply a CC) in their members monthly reports to indicate if a donation was made by a credit card. Unfortunately, this addition of just a coupl...

Hmm, this is interesting and I did not know about it. The way I have been doing it, is just putting them both in the email field. I use Outlook, and in Outlook you separate email addresses with a ";". So in DM I have input multiple email addresses like this: "husband@soso.com; wife@soso.com" This al...
