Ok, I relinked all 40 gifts for the month of January 2008. This is all in DM5.6. THen I quit DM and restarted the program. I attempted to process January 2008 data again and it said all 40 gifts were still unmatched to anything in the database.

I actually have done a liveupdate this morning but unfortunately, it wasn't until after I had already posted all the gifts for the month of November. So I'm running the latest but even then, it still doesn't make the match when I reimport the data.

Each month, every gift is unknown to DM, on some, it highlights the best and correct option for me to choose to make the linkage, on many, it just lists all the records and I have to choose the correct match. I started the program straight from the source by clicking on the donor.exe file. That did not help. It still refuses to close by clicking x or quit.

From the main screen or home page, clicking on quit or X gives a quick blank screen and then comes back on as before.

Be sure to update to the latest version of the program. There was a bug that crept in a while back that confused the DM on this, so I changed the logic of how it matches gifts to donor records. The only way to quit DM is to go to the file menu and click exit.
